A Home Inspection is a professional, objective, visual examination of the condition of a
home. The inspections performed are conducted under the strict guidelines set by the State of Arizona Board of Technical Registration
(BTR) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®)

The owner and operator is registered with the State
of Arizona BTR and is an ASHI® certified inspector (ACI) since 1998. Membership in the American Society
of Home Inspectors is an earned credential, and is the best evidence of an inspector's competence and professionalism.
Michael is TRI (Tile Roofing Institute) certified on the installation of concrete and clay tile roofing
systems. He is also ICE (Institute for Credentialing Excellence) Certified and a member of the Arizona Small Business
Association and SEVRAR (Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors).
